Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Customers are
responsible for all return shipping costs. Any non-defective returned items may be subject to a
10% restocking fee. Returned items (non-defective) must be in new, unopened condition. Please
contact us before returning any product.

Appointment Policies

No Show Policy
Any no shows will be required to pay the full cost of the missed appointment BEFORE any future bookings. If any client no shows a 2nd time they will be required to pay for the missed appointment and a NON-REFUNDABLE prepayment will be required for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment it will be treated as a no-show and you will be required to pay the full cost of that appointment BEFORE your next booking. Please do not show up more than 10 minutes early, keep in mind that appointments are time sensitive and there are specific time slots each day based on the nature of the services booked. On that note, if you would like anything extravagant (i.e. extreme shapes or anything more than basic nail art) please let us know when you book your appointment so that we can book the appropriate amount of time. If you are unsure if something will require  more time, just ask!

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation to allow us enough time for rescheduling so that we may fit in clients who are on our waiting list. Less than 24hrs subject to 50% charge. We understand that situations may arise and sometimes when life gets in the way, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment and we will try to accommodate this the best that we can.

Do’s and Don’ts

Please do not smoke immediately before your appointment as you are in very close proximity to our technicians and they are extremely sensitive to smoke.

Please do not touch your face/skin/hair while our nail technicians are in the process of your service, as oil will cause lifting/chipping

Please do not touch your nails until your technician is finished as they are sticky until properly cured and completed.

Use cuticle oil and hand cream! This helps keep your nails and cuticles in good, healthy condition!
